ITIL® in particular is wide in scope and often the available accredited training courses can actually dilute the main area of interest. We have therefore developed our Process Focussed Workshops for those IT organisations that want to assess, improve and raise skill levels in a particular area of IT Service Management.
For each of the core process areas we have developed Improvement Plans and integrated these into a workshop environment initially intended for ITSM team leaders, Process Owners and other key stakeholders but leading to all relevant IT staff gaining the required tailored training in the main area of focus.
