Support throughout the journey with us

We are always on hand to help, right across any student’s journey with us:
  • From the initial course enquiry, we advise on the best approach based on individual circumstances.
  • We simplify the course booking process making it straight forward to deal with us.
  • We have considered what information would be useful in advance of each course and provide this well in advance to enable students to get ahead of the game.
  • During the training we are on hand to answer any questions whether it be around the subject matter the training is based around, the examination process or even advice on restaurants local to our training centre.
  • After the course often comes an exam. Not every student passes sadly but our high exam pass rates increase every student’s chance of a successful result. Either way we are on hand to discuss next steps and support the students.

Confidence your course will run

A key differentiator with Sysop is that we are not subject to the same financial pressures as those training organisations that rely on freelance trainers and expensive hotel conference facilities.

We are therefore able make courses with smaller numbers more viable, significantly increasing the chances the courses will go ahead as scheduled.

Protecting Your Investment

Accredited training is a significant developmental investment, and the associated qualifications are inherently valuable in the jobs marketplace.

To protect our customers, Sysop offers Investment Protection as standard with all our training offerings.

Should any student leave your employment within 12 months of passing a particular examination, Sysop would provide training for a replacement member of staff on a public scheduled outing of the same course(s) for 50% of the advertised course price.
