Overview

The purpose of the ITIL 4 Sustainability in Digital & IT qualification is:

• To provide candidates with an understanding of what ‘sustainability’ means and how it can deliver value
• To provide candidates with an understanding of the practical steps required to develop and implement a sustainability strategy
• To provide the candidate with the practical skills necessary to enable an organization to deliver value by introducing sustainable practices.

The purpose of the ITIL 4 Sustainability in Digital & IT examination is to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of the concepts covered in the ITIL 4 Sustainability in Digital & IT publication to support an organization in delivering value through the use of sustainable practices.

Assessment

There are no pre-requisites for this course and exam.

Assessment takes two forms for this module.

• Four practical in-course assignments
• Closed book, multiple choice exam
  • 60 mins
  • 35 questions
  • 23 pass mark (just over 65%)
