Adam Sawle hosts this specialist webinar which provides an insight to the Aspiring Manager course (AMC) as part of the Mastering IT Support Delivery (MISD) curriculum. Adam has the honour of introducing Noel Bruton, the scheme author who will explain to the webinar attendees the need for a pragmatic approach to IT support delivery, how the MISD qualification scheme services this need and why you should be considering AMC
MISD is relevant to any IT department or industry service provider. This is because it focuses purely on the ‘How To’ of technical workgroup management and IT support, it operates in tandem with, or without all other IT management frameworks.
Whilst covering the whole MISD curriculum we will also specifically focus on AMC, a course that is designed for the IT Support operative aspiring to or being readied for a supervisory, or ultimately a management position.
