Sysop head of training, Michelle Major-Goldsmith has been awarded the prestigious ITIL Trainer of the year at the itSMF Industry Awards Dinner in London.
The IT Service Management Trainer of the Year Award is awarded to the individual that, in the judges’ view, has been the most successful and consistent IT Service Management trainer during the year.
Michelle's winning submission, in the judges’ opinion, demonstrated a proven ability to conduct a course, showed familiarity with the topic, and demonstrated excellent communication and coaching skills. Above all, Michelle had the experience and had the enthusiasm to hold her audience.
Sysop, managing director - Stuart Sawle, said "Michelle thoroughly deserves this award. She brings an air of calm and friendly authority to everything she does, be that leading the best team of trainers in the world or engaging with customers directly.
